My journey hasn’t been easy, but every twist and turn has brought me to this moment where I get to connect with

I grew up in the heart of Hattiesburg, MS and spent several years in Kansas City, MO, a place where family, faith, and resilience shaped the woman I am today. My story is one of survival and triumph. In my book, Where Silent Secrets Lies, I open up about the deep wounds of sexual abuse that I carried for far too long. It was a secret I kept buried, but God showed me that healing and restoration come when we break the silence and step into the light.

For years, hurt, shame, and embarrassment kept me from sharing my story. But now, I speak my truth with humility, sharing the journey that shaped me, the childhood trauma, the loss of my mother and daughter, the self-doubt, life after divorce, and my journey of faith. Sharing my story wasn’t easy, but it’s become one of the most powerful ways I connect with others who feel lost, broken, or unseen.

These days, my life is filled with purpose and joy. I’m a wife to the love of my life, a mom to amazing kids who keep me on my toes, and a minister who thrives on empowering others to step into their God-given calling. Whether I’m delivering a message, coaching women through the RestorHER Mentorship, or cheering from the sidelines at a family game night, I bring my whole heart to everything I do.

When I’m not speaking or mentoring, you’ll find me in the kitchen whipping up one of my favorite dishes (yes, cooking is my love language!) or spending quality time with my family. It’s in those quiet moments—sharing laughter around the table or soaking in the beauty of life’s little joys—that I’m reminded of how far I’ve come and how faithful God has been.

If there’s one thing I want you to know, it’s this: I’ve been where you are. I know the weight of carrying pain, and I also know the freedom that comes when you release it. My mission is to help you find that same freedom, to show you that restoration is not only possible—it’s your birthright.
